The proposal outlines a comprehensive global framework designed to reduce armed conflict, stabilize international relations, and redirect resources toward humanitarian development. It calls for a phased 50% reduction in global military expenditures, with half of the reduced amount—25%—allocated to a United Nations–managed international security force and the remaining 25% retained by each nation for essential defense needs. The resources freed through this reduction would be redirected to address urgent global challenges such as hunger, healthcare, education, and long-term human development. Based on widely referenced global data, this approach has the potential to save an estimated 10 to 15 million lives annually and generate more than one trillion dollars each year for humanitarian and developmental programs. The framework is designed to be inclusive and progressive, allowing willing nations to adopt the agreement in early phases while enabling gradual expansion toward broader international participation.
The proposal has been formally submitted to multiple governments and international institutions as part of a structured outreach process. Phase 1 submissions included the United Nations on March 23, 2026, through both electronic and physical delivery. A submission was made to the White House on March 25, 2026, and an acknowledgment letter was received on April 2, 2026, confirming that the proposal had been reviewed and recorded. On the same day, March 25, 2026, the proposal was submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office of India and the Ministry of External Affairs under Registration No. PMOPG/E/2026/0049965, where it remains under processing. Electronic submissions were sent to Israel and Iran on April 4, 2026. Phase 2 submissions were completed on April 6, 2026, covering the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Brazil. The proposal is available for review at: https://uniteddevelopedworld.com/Global_Treaty_Proposal.pdf.

The United Farms Company will be established, connecting all farmers who will share profits on a percentage basis with the company. Agriculture, along with its allied sectors, is undeniably the largest provider of livelihoods, especially in rural areas. It also makes a significant contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Sustainable agriculture, encompassing food security, rural employment, and environmentally sustainable technologies such as soil conservation, sustainable natural resource management, and biodiversity protection, is essential for holistic rural development. Agriculture and its allied activities have experienced a green revolution, a white revolution, a yellow revolution, and a blue revolution.

Most schools and colleges are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We can utilize these days to conduct classes for students who are underprivileged and eager to learn,With that we can effectively doubling the number of students in schools and colleges. Constructing new institutions would take a long time, so this is the best method to accelerate learning activities worldwide.
Additionally, Massive Open Online Courses and virtual classrooms should be introduced to make it convenient for working-class individuals and housewives to further their knowledge and qualifications.

Sample River Linking project in India- The interlinking of the rivers Ganga, Tungabhadra, Krishna, and Cauvery will bring prosperity to India and foster national integration. Despite 66 years of independence, no effective action has been taken to interlink these rivers. Although there are many perennial rivers in the North, they do not benefit agriculture in the Southern states. While one part of the country faces floods, storms, and other natural disasters, another part regularly faces drought. For India to be prosperous, we must enact legislation to enable the harmonious inter-basin transfer of surplus waters from one part of the country to another, benefiting all states. The state and central governments need to take necessary action for the nationalization and interlinking of rivers.

We have the third largest coal reserve in the world, yet we import most of the coal needed for use. This should be changed as fast as possible. Advanced equipment should be bought in to dig out the coal faster and meet demands which is the major problem. Also we can export coal to gain revenue, once our country's need is completed. Also the people involved in the responsibility of coal mining should do their job transparently.

The essence of Human Resource Development is education. The quality of education should be improved, and costs should be reduced. The standards of government schools need to be raised, and free education should be provided for all.
A large number of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) should be established for vocational training, providing opportunities and incentives for those trained in ITIs to start their own enterprises. Every state should have institutions like IIT, AIIMS, and IISER.

The Sethusamudram Shipping Canal Project is a proposed initiative to link Palk Bay and the Gulf of Mannar between India and Sri Lanka by creating a shipping channel through the shallow sea known as Sethusamudram and a chain of islands collectively called Adam’s Bridge, Ramar Palam, and similar names. This project aims to provide a continuously navigable sea route around the Indian Peninsula. It involves digging a 44.9 nautical mile (51.7 mi; 83.2 km) long deepwater channel linking the shallow Palk Strait with the Gulf of Mannar. Conceived as early as 1860 by Alfred Dundas Taylor, the project recently received approval from the Indian government, which plans to break the limestone shoals of Adam’s Bridge as part of this initiative. Upon completion, the Sethusamudram Project will increase the number of ships entering and leaving Tuticorin Port, thereby boosting economic development in southern Tamil Nadu, increasing employment opportunities, reducing journey times, saving fuel, and significantly benefiting Tamil Nadu as a whole.

Every gram panchayat (in which there are 2 to 7 villages) should be having a primary health centre where basic health facility should be available and everyone should be geting integrated treatment.for that, this centre should be modern.what treatment is given should be noted online and payment will be made directly from person's acgount.Next,in this centre ,there should be a pregnancy department.every woman living in that panchyat area will be registered immediately after knowing that she is pregnant.then periodically checkup will be done, neccesary food will be provided, neccesary advice will be given about what she should do and what she should not.etc .if this happens then i strongly believe that child death rate will decrease and would become zero after sometime.Sarkar ka yeh pran ho sachcha,Kuposad se na mare ek bhi bachcha.

by my opinion, educated people is the requirement of a developing nation to become a developed countary.so it is very important issue. The standard of our education system is very critical. The important topic is that the education as per government rules is not follow by colleges and schools.eg. many of colleges not takes right attendence of students.some colleges makes education institutes only for money instead to give a good quality education, these institutes make it proffesional.
This topic also comprises some other of social issues as
when students are absentee from colleges, they accomodate molestation incidents outside the institutes which is the first term of training of a criminal.we can say that this would be the born of a criminal, after that they fight with others by some edging blades and other weapons to maintain their pomp.of
if we take concern about the practicals handled in institutes, they only complete the formalities but not in real.means to say practicals are handled partially or even not partial in some institutes.so that the students of these colleges not have the practical knowledge due to this they rejected everywhere they apply for jobs because of lack of practical knowledge.

We must not buy any products of foreign companies because it will flow our money in that country due to which Indian companies are closing.for ex-if you want to buy a two wheeler then buy it of companies like hero, bajaj, mahindra, etc.of Indian companies instead of Honda, yamaha and so on.If you are thinking about standard of Indian products then they are of great standard than that bloody European products . India has a great technology , money but if we buy that foreign country products then I have a suggestion to all Indians that don't see a dream of a developed India.here I am ending my message to all indians
