Global Peace and Development Agreement
The proposal outlines a comprehensive global framework designed to reduce armed conflict, stabilize international relations, and redirect resources toward humanitarian development. It calls for a phased 50% reduction in global military expenditures, with half of the reduced amount—25%—allocated to a United Nations–managed international security force and the remaining 25% retained by each nation for essential defense needs. The resources freed through this reduction would be redirected to address urgent global challenges such as hunger, healthcare, education, and long-term human development. Based on widely referenced global data, this approach has the potential to save an estimated 10 to 15 million lives annually and generate more than one trillion dollars each year for humanitarian and developmental programs. The framework is designed to be inclusive and progressive, allowing willing nations to adopt the agreement in early phases while enabling gradual expansion toward broader international participation. The proposal has been formally submitted to multiple governments and international institutions as part of a structured outreach process. Phase 1 submissions included the United Nations on March 23, 2026, through both electronic and physical delivery. A submission was made to the White House on March 25, 2026, and an acknowledgment letter was received on April 2, 2026, confirming that the proposal had been reviewed and recorded. On the same day, March 25, 2026, the proposal was submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office of India and the Ministry of External Affairs under Registration No. PMOPG/E/2026/0049965, where it remains under processing. Electronic submissions were sent to Israel and Iran on April 4, 2026. Phase 2 submissions were completed on April 6, 2026, covering the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Brazil. The proposal is available for review at: https://uniteddevelopedworld.com/Global_Treaty_Proposal.pdf.

Letter was sent to UN Dear Secretary-General and Secretariat, I respectfully submit my Global Treaty Proposal on Peace, Security, and Human Development for your consideration. This proposal outlines a structured global framework to eliminate armed conflict, freeze international borders, reduce excessive military spending, and redirect resources toward humanitarian development and global well-being. The proposal calls for a 50% reduction in global military expenditures, with the resources divided as follows: 25% allocated to a United Nations-managed global force for rapid deployment when needed 25% retained for national defense The remaining funds redirected toward global humanitarian, educational, and developmental initiatives Based on current global data, implementation could save approximately 10 to 15 million human lives per year and generate over $1 trillion in annual savings, enabling programs to eradicate hunger, improve healthcare, and advance education worldwide. The plan includes a phased adoption strategy, beginning with a coalition of willing States and gradually expanding toward universal participation among all countries. For your reference, a physical copy of this submission has been sent via USPS Priority Mail from Northborough, Massachusetts. The tracking number is 9505 5117 4352 6082 3514 79, which may be used to verify delivery to the United Nations Headquarters. The full proposal and supporting annexures, including Annexure 1 (Agreement) and Annexure 2 (Encouragement Letter from Dr. A. P. J. Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed to handle the black money issue. Former Supreme Court judge Justice M B Shah is to head the Special Investigation Team (SIT) into the black money issue, Shah said he would be firm in dealing with big political and corporate personalities if they are found to be involved in stashing away black money in foreign banks. “I have worked for many years as a judge – 15 years as a high court judge and then five years as a Supreme Court judge. I have never bothered about personalities and nobody has dared to touch me. It is as good as that. Do not worry about it,” he said. He was asked how he would deal with the issue when big corporate and political personalities are said to be involved in stashing unaccounted wealth overseas.

35 River Linking Critical 88 Open Mar 11 2014 2:00PM Varatharajan Government   India ..
Interlinking of the rivers
Sample River Linking project in India- The interlinking of the rivers Ganga, Tungabhadra, Krishna, and Cauvery will bring prosperity to India and foster national integration. Despite 66 years of independence, no effective action has been taken to interlink these rivers. Although there are many perennial rivers in the North, they do not benefit agriculture in the Southern states. While one part of the country faces floods, storms, and other natural disasters, another part regularly faces drought. For India to be prosperous, we must enact legislation to enable the harmonious inter-basin transfer of surplus waters from one part of the country to another, benefiting all states. The state and central governments need to take necessary action for the nationalization and interlinking of rivers.

Reduce Election Spending Limit
MPs salary is 50K Per month. But the maximum spending limit for a MP constituency is 70 Lakhs … Election commission of India has increased from 40 Lakhs to 70 Lakhs recently.... This is not correct. Please reduce this amount to 1 Lack per MP Constituency .... This is the one of the major root cause for all the Issues of India..... After Anna Hazare’s Lokpal bill was passed in Parliament I would like to ask a Question to You and Your Immediate action is required … We all know that That lokpal bill was passed with Support from All Major Parties. If this is true then no Politician can do corruption. In that case all MPs salary is 50K Per month. In their 5 Years term after deducting all their family / Maintenance and all other expenses they may save hardly 5 Lakhs only total …
