On the same day, March 25, 2026, the proposal was submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office of India and the Ministry of External Affairs under Registration No. PMOPG/E/2026/0049965, where it remains under processing. Electronic submissions were sent to Israel and Iran on April 4, 2026.
