Description The essence of Human Resource Development is education. The quality of education should be improved, and costs should be reduced. The standards of government schools need to be raised, and free education should be provided for all. A large number of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) should be established for vocational training, providing opportunities and incentives for those trained in ITIs to start their own enterprises. Every state should have institutions like IIT, AIIMS, and IISER.
